Shumë zhgënjyese! Restoranti pati mundësinë të impresiononte me ushqimin e tyre, por shërbimi skandaloz e bëri përvojën time plotësisht të papranueshme. U deshën më shumë se një orë e gjysmë për të marrë një sallatë, një patate dhe një fokace, dhe kjo ishte vetëm fillimi i një serie të gjatë zhgënjimesh. Pritja për një gotë verë dhe më pas për të sjellë verën e kërkuar - mbi 35 minuta të plota të humbura në pritje. Por jo vetëm kaq, pasi stafi nuk arriti as të mbajë mend se çfarë kishte sjellë dhe çfarë jo, duke më ofruar të "pija të njëjtën gotë vere" si një zgjidhje. Përpjekja për të kapur vëmendjen e një kamarjeri tjetër ishte si të ndiqje një fantazmë nëpër restorant. Dhe më në fund, pas dy orësh, ende kishte artikuj që nuk më ishin sjellë. Është e pafalshme që një restorant që duket kaq i bukur nga jashtë, të dështojë kaq rëndë në aspektin më themelor të biznesit të tyre - shërbimi ndaj klientit. Nuk e bëjnë vetëm ushqimi dhe ambienti një restorant të mirë, por edhe mënyra si klientët ndihen të vlerësuar dhe të respektuar. Në këtë rast, ndihem si të kisha humbur kohën dhe paratë e mia. Me zemërim, e vlerësoj përvojën time me 1 yll, dhe është e dyshimtë nëse do të kem ndonjë dëshirë të rikthehem, edhe pse menaxheri ndërmori për të përmirësuar gjendjen.

The food is very average and small portions, it is also quite expensive for such a country and the quality they serve here. We were supposed to get a dish with spinach, of course we got it without spinach. The waiter was not interested in the guests at all, we had to ask for the menu ourselves, then we had to ask him to take our order, and we had to go in to pay ourselves. Overall, a very poor place and I do not recommend it.

A really nice place in central Tirana. The sushi was amazing and the interior was nice. The staff is really kind and professional. Even on the busiest times they wouldn't take long to take your order or serve the food/drinks.

I had a curative pedicure, which I truly needed, and I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the esthetician and staff. The treatment was performed meticulously, and they even offered me drinks during the procedure. I'm looking forward to trying out their other services in the future.

The stay at this hotel in Vlora was exceptional. The central location was extremely convenient for exploring the city, and the rooms were impeccable, clean and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly, professional and always available for any need. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Vlore!

"Absolutely! The company offers excellent car rental service. I had a wonderful experience with them, the car was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them without hesitation for any future trips. "

I'm not really picky with sushi when I travel so I'll just say I did like the all you can eat option. Unfortunately they did not bring our last order. Try and order all you can on your first order because the next order will be 40 minutes and the third order will probably not reach you. It's placed next to block so it's a great spot.

It's on the fifth floor of a building on a busy street affording views of the street below.

The mixed green salad (green salad, smoked cheese, dried figs, pomegranate, walnuts, strawberries, red seeds, aceto, oil) 600 let] and the fish soup [FISH SOUP- (vegetable crea, fish broth, sea bass fillet, small shrimp) 550 let] were good. The sea bream [SEA BREAM GRILLED 300-400 grams (vegetables, sauce, lemon oil) 1400 let] was very good. The salmon [SALMON WITH DRIED FRUITS
(pistachio sauce, panna, dried fruits, vegetables) 1300 let] though was dry and not tasty which is why I didn't rate them 5 star.
They have carafes of house red and white wine in volumes of 500 ml or a liter. The red is from Italy. It costs 600 let for. 5 liters.
Credit cards are accepted.

The prawn dim sum and sweet & sour chicken were absolute standouts, showcasing exceptional flavors and freshness. While the mixed fried rice leaned towards the salty side, the kungpao shrimps were satisfactory. Overall, the delicious food and welcoming atmosphere make it a five-star destination for Chinese cuisine enthusiasts.
